Currently I am injured after the Cape Epic MTB race in April. Problems started with achilles/calf muscles and since then a stress fracture has been found at head of fibula.

My treatments with Hayley include the Transeva therapy machine, aswell as dry-needling into the muscles.
The Transeva therapy has helped my muscles recover from races in the past, speeded up recovery from previous injuries and assisted in flushing away toxins.
